Does anyone know if the wheels are double or single?

I zoomed into quite a few of the photos. They look to be single wheels to me.

It seems like the small one exceeds the carry on bag check for Delta.

Baggage must fit easily in the Carry-on Baggage Check (approximately 22" x 14" x 9" or 56 x 35 x 23 cm), which is located near the check-in counters

Good question about whether the small one fits into overhead compartments. I’m also wondering if these nest inside each other.
