Shipping Help - Customer Service

I have 4 boxes that are being returned to the shipper. UPS failed to deliver, did not leave notices and ultimately returned them to the shipper. CNB Computers. I contacted them to try and address the issue and they stated i must contact WOOT.

This issue is not WOOT’s fault, not my fault and not the fault of CNB. How do i contact CS and provide enough details to move this toward resolution?

From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

They’re a bit behind but they should answer in a few hours.

Thank you for the reply. I did that but had not heard back so i started seeking other options. Should I have gotten some form of auto reply to acknowledge that my form was received?
