Okay, I’m not sure if I’m the only person on the planet that has problems with UPS. But it seems to be a constant. I have no problems with any of the other shippers (FedEX/DHL or USPS) but UPS it seems I have to always go down and pick up packages (about 50 mins away).
I have a very simple request - give an option in shipping. Woot.com utilizes fedex for their shipping needs, can this also be used for wine.woot.com? Also, shipping to the east coast from CA, where most of the wines originate, takes 7-8 days in a non conditioned truck. Wintertime this is not a problem, but in the summer I can see this being a HUGE problem.
Please give some shipping options…
