Why does Woot always take a long time to deliver my orders? Does anyone else have this issue? I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks now and forgot I had ordered something. It’s literally an hour away where my product last shipped to. If I knew somebody was going to walk and drop it off, I would never have purchased

… And some parts of this country (like my state) were hit with a one-two punch of double winter storms two consecutive weekends, resulting in many inches of snow, transportation delays (ice, morning black ice), logistical issues.

In my state, we’re ready for warmer temps to melt snow and ice today, but lo and friggin’ behold we’re expecting winter mix precipitation tomorrow and Thursday. :man_facepalming:

Woot is the worst. My delivery literally says package lost and they won’t answer me. I’m complaining about woot to reddit and everywhere else. worst support ever

Have definitely seen a slow down the last few years. Also, the status and notices are often just wrong. One recent order took 12 days to get here. The status still showed as Shipped for another week, then they finally sent the Delivered email a week after that. Good thing Woot does not run an airline.

My stuff usually arrives early.

But I check the “expected delivery” dates, and follow the tracking info provided.

A lot of Woot swag is drop shipped from third parties, so promptness may vary.
