Hello, I signed in as a Prime customer, but I was charged a shipping fee. Will that be taken off later? Please help me understand why I was charged for shipping when it said free shipping for Prime customer.

Hi there. Make sure you follow these steps for our system to recognize your Prime status:

Log out of Woot
Log in using the Login with Amazon.

Things should work fine after that.

If you were charged shipping, you can contact CS for assistance.

Please contact Woot Customer Service for assistance. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
