Got this Showtime Pro in April the strip that holds the glass came apart email woot they told me to call Ronco.Ronco told me to call woot back there’s nothing they can do for you me. Email woot couple of times never heard back from them again. It have been about three or four months i would never buy from the website again .
Please go ahead and touch back with customer service again. It’s possible your email got lost somewhere. They really are very good.
