Nice computer. When you get it, open the care and check the cables. Mine and several others had them touching the CPU heat sink. Also the Windows OS disc is not included. Call the company Advanced Skyline and they sent me to an very iffy site (GITHUB) to down load it. COA is for “Windows 7 Home Prem for Refurb PCs”. I have not found it anywhere.
No need to call the company. You can download an ISO from Microsoft with Windows 10. The product key is on the bottom of the case. Enjoy.
Had a problem activating windows, but it turned out to be my problem in reading the Product ID. The refurbished product comes with a gray rectangle covering most of the product ID. Scratch that off, and you can see the product ID below.
