Oh man, sorry. Have you tried reaching out to the warranty holder?
Won’t boot Windows or won’t post? Windows can be fixed though you may have a bad hard drive or cable.
If it will not post and get you to the BIOS screen then you may have serious problems. Reset CMOS, check all cables, check for loose screws inside etc and try it again. Hopefully it’ll go.
