Unfortunately I purchased this rack excited to use it for better workouts. To only find out that it will not work with my racks. Due to the company not being able to provide an attachment to be able to do so. I’m stuck with a rack attachment that’s useless to me and unable to return due to its bulkiness, return shipping cost due to the fact this was purchased through a third party Amazon seller “woot”. Company needs to be able to provide attachment to work with single sided hole racks, provided free return shipping or at least make it clear in advertisements. That’s the attachment is for double sided hole rack sets. Otherwise, this is a waste of money for some and your most definitely out of luck if purchased through third party Amazon sellers like “woot”.
Woot fixed return shipping, unless one abuses the return policy.
Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
