Does it sync to Woot’s time?
Not so sure about the “lower 48 only” for syncing. I had an atomic clock sync to eastern time when I was in the Dominican Republic (when there was a 1 hour difference between EST and Dominican time).

However the Atomic time keeping was totally neato.
