I just received my 4.5 inch topper and have been sleeping on it since last Wednesday. OMG!!! What a difference! I have not had a stiff neck since then! My husband has sciatica issues and he has been able to sleep through the night without waking up in pain for the first time in 6 months! The price is excellent for a total of 4.5in!
