I generally would NEVER complain about a product that worked. But I ordered this and it was advertised as NEW. It wouldn’t let me register it. Come to find out the base station had PREVIOUSLY BEEN REGISTERED. So this part is NOT new. Simplisafe says they can work around it for me. Disappointing.
