One of these is definitely better than the other. Is there anyway to know which one Iād be getting or is it just luck of the draw?

Probably luck of the draw but they are both msrp of 400$ but the first one is slightly better. Just got a new house and I dont have one so either would be great and I can use the surface cleaner that I have at me work to clean my concrete.
