Check out the product page for the Fixed back chair

We have a balance ball that gets used around here - no chair base for it though… now I want the chair.

No love for the 6 foot tall person?? What’s up with that??

You can buy the extension legs to make it higher…

extension legs…

This chair is not BYOB (bring your own ball). The ball is included.

But it is BYOBB (bring your own blonde or brunette) as the models aren’t included.

Doesn’t seem like much of a difference compared to Amazon. Looks like, for the one with no back, 55 here including shipping or 60 with prime on Amazon. Not exactly enough to make me jump for the purchase.

I have one of these at work, and I love it - the ball means that I am not completely “parked” on my butt when I sit - keeps my core stronger.

Has anyone used the Gaiam brand of this chair? It seems to have quite a bit more reviews- wondering if it’s much different.

The last time WOOT had these, the one that I received came in the factory sealed box, but was missing the ball. The plastic bag was included in the factory sealed box, and had been RIPPED open, but there was no ball anywhere in the box. The wheels appeared to have been already used on a rough concrete surface, but they were included, but obviously used.

Woot started out by offering me a $5.00 refund for the missing ball, then after about a month of back-and-forth “conversations” WOOT finally raised the refund to $15. Have you ever looked at the prices of these balls? At the time, nowhere could I find one for less than about $35. Woot had different sized balls for sale several times during our “discussions” but never anywhere near as low as the $15 they offered me for my missing ball.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, I received another e-mail saying that “another” replacement ball had been shipped. Well over 2 months after I ordered and WOOT had already had my money, I finally had a completed order. Yes, it was most likely the manufacturer’s fault, but I was NOT their customer, I was WOOT’s customer.

Shame on you Woot!

Thank you for posting this. Accountability to the customer is paramount. Woot didn’t step up and that matters.

I had a similar experience once with Woot customer service.

I had ordered a brown floor rug. They sent me blue. When I called to request an exchange I was told that they were all out of brown and the best they could do was credit me $10.00 for the inconvenience. Considering that I have no blue anywhere in the room I wanted to use it (colors used are green and purple), that wasn’t what I considered ideal.

Having said that, I still regularly order from Woot and that’s the only complaint I have. That’s also my only experience with customer service, and hopefully my last.

Oh, and yes, to this day I still have a blue rug in my purple and green room. A daily reminder of buyer beware. Maybe one day I’ll find another brown one that I like and can afford.

When it was just woot, I understood that no customer service was part of it, and my savings were the other part. Now that woot is part of the Amazon empire and the prices have gone up, I expect more, and haven’t got it… wish woot was still just woot…
