So… is this a women’s size 7, or does 7m mean size 7 in men’s??
Next: are these slip-on, or do they need to be unlaced and laced up each time?
Adult shoes are many times seen with a “M” beside the numerical size. This is indicative of the width of the shoe.

On Woot, the letter beside the number is the width. These are women’s shoes and I don’t see where the laces tie, so they’re probably slip-on.
