Think about it. If you try to buy something at a store and your card is declined, the store has zero obligation to hold onto your item(s) until it’s figured it out. Woot uses Amazon Pay, and they aren’t going to wait around like a sympathetic cashier …
Yeah, that cashier isn’t going to hold onto that order for you either.

YOU’RE GETTING WORKED UP OVER SOMETHING YOUR BANK DID. And you’re taking your frustration out on a public forum.
Take a look at what you’ve wrote. Do you realize that with such an attitude, why NOT having phone support is a positive? Customer service reps aren’t paid enough to deal with folks who act like the way you do. And yes, I have witnessed the whole cart getting pulled away from a customer that went full “Karen” on an cashier. Since it was the holiday season, the items were promptly redistributed by the associate to other customers.
So instead of wasting your energy ranting over something your bank did, why not spend that energy looking for another deal? Even in the current computer climate, this was only an okay deal. My last prebuilt was bought at Newegg, not here, as DIY for an equivalent would have ran $$$ more.
Also Woot has been around for 22+ years, owned 16+ years by mommy Amazon, not 10.
Also please don’t set the dumpsters on fire. They supply certain boxes that may or may not be advertised as crappy or offering instant regret.
