There are no SSD but 2 SCSI drives
(4 missing SSDs)
Woot customer service is NOT responding to the questions, without reading my request they seem to have a standard reply “Contact Dell”
Service tag on the laptop does not match Woot as purchaser on Dell system, so Dell will not provide support
I am really stuck with this painful experience. Is anyone else having the same issue?
