CNET Review:

Karl: Some folks call it a sling blade, I call it a kaiser blade.
Doyle: What’cha doin’ with that lawn mower blade Karl?
Karl: I aim to kill you with it.
Doyle: Then you’ll have a corpse to deal with!

Hilarious write-up woot! So up to date and hip to the current news:

Lame, I know, but it gave me an extra lol for the evening.

much frowning.

can it stream the sad, disapproving faces of may wooters on youtube to my phone?

would be in for one if it did. =]

hell yea South Carolina represent!!

does this worky with my new iphone?

I was hoping for a big sack of poop, but oh well.

What is the point of a slingbox? Record TV from anywhere? Why?

Slingbox and Kindle must use the same stylist!

Pretty good reviews on Amazon

So this only broadcasts live tv, unless it’s hooked up to a dvr? (not a dvr in and of itself?)

I have this and it works great on my iPhone.

That’s disappointing. Tech for Less has it open box for $9 less (+ $9 shipping).

is this better than the HAVA gold, or are they about the same?

no wifi? boooo

I have a Slingbox so don’t need another one. Just posting to say I love it, and use it on my cellphone probably about every other day, maybe more. Are the video and audio the same as being in your living room looking at a “real” TV? No. Is it an excellent substitute? BYA. And for a news junkie like me, it’s been a lifesaver since the digital transition when the TV band on my office radio went blank. In fact, it’s better because I can watch everything on my cable system setup, not just the ones that were broadcasting locally.
