Cookies are low fat, high carb, low fiber, low servings, and has Dextrose in it which spikes blood sugar and takes you out of ketosis.

Agreed. There are several products that have whole wheat flour as one of their primary ingredients also. This isn’t a good buy for anyone looking for health options, especially if their goal is to continue with a keto diet. I’m not surprised that it hasn’t been reviewed on Amazon, this doesn’t seem like a worthwhile product.
Maybe it’s just me, but when I see foods that are supposed to be healthy, I expect to see less ingredients, and less processed ingredients than the non-healthy versions. I’ve baked plenty of cookies. Never once added methyl cellulose, oligofrutose, or kosher bovine collagen.
