Does each outlet come in its own box or do both come in 1 box?
I only received on package with one socket. I have contacted customer service
Yes, we’re aware. The sale was incorrectly set up. Our fault. We’ve already emailed all customers and issued a refund for the missing socket. Please check your email and spam/junk folders. I can see the refund has been applied to your order.
The other wooter ordered the switches. Looks like we missed emailing/refunding for the sockets. Hang tight. We’re getting it going now.

I got only one outlet, too. I’ve emailed customer service so I’m hoping they will refund me 1/2 the price or send me a second outlet.
I wonder why they caught that the light switches were single packages before shipping but they shipped the single outlet as if it were two. Disappointing.
