who walks around knowing their ring size? and in a woot off, going to look it up will take too long.
I’m one of those ppl who doesn’t know lol 
and especially years later from my original ring (which probably doesn’t fit me now- though to be fair it’s in a box somewhere in storage due to moving so I can’t test)- but I did notice (again this is probably just a one time thing when my fingers were more slender lol) that my ring size (6.5) matched my shoe size (6.5) 
I’m not sure if that’s helpful though or if it’s a universal thing 
I bought one for my middle finger when I sleep but bought larger for that finger
