What’s going on with these? It says they’re still preparing for shipment. Can I expect to receive them before winter is over?
I’m not sure but it shouldn’t have taken this long. Please contact Woot Customer Service for assistance. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Oddly enough, I never got notified that you’d replied (even though I started “watching” the topic last night) but I got a shipping notification an hour ago. So, if you had anything to do with helping getting things moving, I appreciate it. Honestly, I’d completely forgotten about the order because my husband had asked me to order it. He asked me yesterday if it had ever come and that’s when I checked in here. I’ll hold off on contacting support unless it never moves beyond the label being created. Happy New Year!
