Wonder if these would cut steak? Was thinking of one for carving the turkey but like the saw on the back. Looks like it would do the job.

Caveat:

Since it’s coated steel (not SS), when used, the coating will wear off and the exposed high carbon steel will begin to rust if not properly oiled. That’s the trade-off—SS=$$$$, coated high carbon steel=$$, but some extra care involved.

Edit:

Wow, I’d pass on this one for the lousy steel involved. Read the Amazon reviews–the 5* reviews either just like the zombie-killing looks or haven’t used it yet.
The 1* an 2* reviews come after actual use. “Blade bent”, “Chunks of edge missing after 1st use”, “Don’t hit wood”.

just a simple test in my yard and it failed trying to chop a pine 2x4 this product is garbage. big chunks missing and the blade bent every time i hit the wood don’t waste your time or money on this product it should get zero stars but theres not a zero star option"
