It is a steel knife with an aluminum handle and steel liners, which is not atypical of other knives you have sold.
If you saw “Ceramic Knife”, you would assume the blade was made out of ceramic material. Granted an aluminum blade would have limited functionality, but so does ceramic.
Why not remove the aluminum reference and just go with the name of the knife instead?
