From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Although I see that there’s a 90 Day manufacturer’s warranty.
Have you tried contacting them?
the switch on these solar lights is very delicate and several were broken out of the box. They also are too hard to open up and reassemble the switch pieces, although i tried on one. I deployed the other 6, and two are already not working, only a few months later. too bad. i would avoid buying these in the future.
