industry’s most powerful bed shaker
Which industry? I know this probably sounds like a weak attempt at wit, but I’m genuinely curious what industry is being referred to here, wherein there exists a whole spectrum of bed shaker strengths. Do they just mean the alarm clock manufactuers, in which case I have a follow-up question: is it commonplace to find a “bed shaker” feature in alarm clocks, to the point where prospective customers shop for specific shaker strengths?
Again, I swear I’m not trying yo be a smart-ass. I’m buying one for my hard-of-hearing father, and contemplating getting a second for my hard-of-willingness-to-get-up self, but if there are tons of different versions/strengths of these floating around, I might want to seek out a less bone-rattling one for myself.
All I know is, this clock makes me want to be a Bizzaro world cat burglar that breaks in and leaves this clock, loaded for bear, on the nightstand.
