Should call it the Blargie, because Blarg is what I think of when I see it.
Given Sony’s recent quality issues, did anybody else misread this initially as “Sony Buggie Touch”?
FWIW - I have no idea if this thing is good or not - I just misread the title as being odd.
DH gave me one of these a couple of months ago. Easy to use and pretty good pix. Best feature is the ability to shoot still shots while videoing without messing up your video. Worth the price!

Good for still shooting but if you have a lot of motion then you’re going to have problems. The focus takes forever to lock on.
I do not see that it has a way to use memory cards. Does it only have 8G internal memory?
I picked up a refurb here on woot a couple months ago for the same price. I have had no issues with it at all. As has been mentioned in the past blogs and I am sure it will come up again this time, the camera suffers some when it comes to indoors. Both focusing and resolution but, I have had some success when the indoor shots were well lit rooms.
It it is what it is and I certainly did not expect HD in dim rooms on a camera this size and no light. For less than $45, it has met my expectations and I am glad I have it.
Is a Bloggie Touch a good touch or a bad touch?

Shouldn’t it be called Vloggie? Since it’s a VIDEO recording device?
If you purchase this, make sure you have the latest firmware version which fixes the dreaded autofocus issue. The firmware update improves the AF sensitivity/response time but sometimes it’s still buggy… just not as buggy as before.
Is this any better than an android or iphone video cam?
