Reviews over at Walmart

One online review says the polycarbonate is only 1/16” thick. Is that true, or an exaggeration?

I am assured that’s a definitive exaggeration though unfortunately we don’t have a sample nor are we able to find the exact spec either.

Bought one one the wootoff - the polycarbonate is really, really thin.

Don’t have it nearby to measure, but Still, really thin. It’s also VERY flexible, not going to get a lot of action or bounce off the backboard, and I’ll be surprised if it lasts more than a few seasons.

I grabbed one on the last woot-off to replace the cracked fiberglass backboard on the portable hoop I’ve got now. Paid a bit less than this, but I would have been happy with it even at this price. It’s thin but has steel bracing all around. We’ve not had any problems. It’s also got hardware and instructions for a bunch of different mounting options.
