Only order if you have a narrow foot.

These shoes are fine if you have flat feet. I tried to go running in them and about a mile in, I had to start walking because they started causing me discomfort.
These shoes came with two laces on each shoe. I have NO idea how to tie them and there are no instructions with the shoes 
Help!!!
