How the hell can I buy shirts that aren’t “Today’s Woot.” I am struggling at buying the “Irony” shirt, either because I’m inept, or because it’s impossible to do so because we can’t buy them on a day other than the first day.
Could someone please tell me? It’s going to be bad news either way, because I really want the shirt, but I also like thinking that I’m not an idiot : )

For future reference, Woot lists a link to an “ongoing sale” at the top of the thread for each shirt. That same link is also posted near the top, easily identifiable by the large “sad rat” image.

And it said there could be three possible causes:

  1. Order Denied
  2. Address could not be verified
  3. Billing Address

It isn’t because my card is declined, I know that for a fact. And as for my info, its the same as it was when I ordered the risk shirt. So I’m really at a loss. The other shirt I got I had no problems.

In the future, look at the blog posting for the shirt, click on the comments tab and there will be a link with 4 numbers near the thumbnail in the comments section and a tag that says “Ongoing Sale”. that link will take you to the purchase page.

Call your credit card company, a change in buying habits sometimes flags your account.
ALSO, a holiday weekend, 2:30am (CST), ordering something online again… who knows, but they will tell you if it ever hit their servers and kicked back or if woot’s servers kicked it back for some reason… ‘address ship to same’ box not checked, etc…

IF your CC issuer is not denying, review closely your order, OR refresh the page, then try again…

OK, this shirt reminds me of a shirt that I had in the seventh grade many moons ago. The shirt had a Large, kosher, under-bunned & well garnished dog. It read: “Let’s do lunch”. To this day I haven’t been able to find one quite like that. For now, the woot dog shirt will have to do. (One in XL for now, and another in L for later…after the kosher dog diet)

The best rule of thumb is to either check the blog and find the daily write up, then click on comments to get to the Ongoing Sale link in the first post, OR click on ‘the community’ tab and find it by thumbnail and check the forum’s first post which will also have the Ongoing Sale link. And ever Friday, woot lists the order of the top 27 shirts, and the bottom 7 are at risk for being discontinued. the 4 under that are the immune shirts that won’t be on the chopping block til the following week.
