I own a pair of these, they are beyond awesome for outdoor work in brutally cold conditions.
Very good footing/traction, they come all the way to the knee, great snow exclusion.
100% waterproof.
If you have to wear them inside for more than 10mins your feet will be swimming, or at least mine are.
