Have always loved the look of Hex Clad cookware. These are not clad, but may have a better non stick at 20% of the initial price for Hex Clad.
Would still not use metal on these as the non stick is just a coating.
So, what size are these? Image sizes and description sizes contradict one another. Looks like bait and switch tactics that are so very common with Amazon listings.
They are 8 inch Frying Pan, 10 inch Frying Pan, 12 inch Fry pan. Amazon has that same pic with the weird measurements. I don’t understand the math to it.
Not an owner of this brand, but I think that measurements in the listing refer to the cooking surface. But when advertised, pan size refers to rim-to-rim (at the top) which generally adds around 2 to 3 inches to the diameter of the actual flat part that you can cook on.
Are these dishwasher safe?
Amazon shows this:
Product Care Instructions Oven Safe, Dishwasher Safe
But… but… but… they can ‘use the metal shovels’… whatever that means??
‘Our stainless steel frying pans use all-natural ceramic etching coating do a good job in preventing food from sticking meanwhile and can use the metal shovels, so cleaning is a breeze. Simply rinse with water’
