I was curious about this statement from the description:
Adjust the difficulty of your stroke by moving the hydraulic resistance cylinder. Several levels of resistance guarantee a wide variability in workout intensity.
Found the owner’s manual (link below) that says this instead:
The resistance of the shock can be adjusted by twisting the adjustment knob at the top of the shock. There are settings from 1 to 12. Setting #1 will provide the lowest resistance. Setting #12 will provide the highest resistance.
CAUTION: The shock gets HOT after a few minutes of use
Hello! Our buyer spoke with the vendor who said:
the “hydraulic resistance cylinder” is the same thing as the “adjustment knob”. No discrepancy, just different wording!
