I had one of these suits,40 years ago. There is no science behind it but,it’s a great way to sweat your butt off. You won’t lose weight because what you sweat is water,not fat. One glass of watet puts it back. I used it to stay warm while playing whatever in the cold.
I know nothing about these suits, other than the Woot! description. Can these go into the washer or did they need to be hand washed?
No washer or dryer. Wipe with damp cloth and let dry.
