Standing Patio Heater 750W/1500W
I recently purchased this heater started taking out of box and notice the bottom was used. I tried cleaning and is not coming off its a hard subtance. The description on item stated new. I have included photos and am not putting together until i hear back. Please advise. I just dont want to put together then if it hoes out or something because its used. Please advise
