I don’t know about this product. Mine arrived and it won’t stay charged.The box was taped up so not sure if it was new or not. I read some other comments that are not on this thread but they had the same issues.
Hi there. Make sure you give it a good long charge for the first charge. If still no luck, you have a 30-day return period through Woot or a 1y manufacturer warranty.
I’m also having a problem with this item. I left it charging all morning and yet when I disconnected the cable, it holds no charge. Not even to power the built-in LED light. When I tried again to charge it with the included AC adapter, the charging lights seem to indicate it’s charging but then they reset or start blinking all at once.
I’ve been trying to find out how I can issue a return but I can’t seem to find the relevant info.
