Ordered one–it arrived packed only in a padded mailing envelope, so was broken in a hundred pieces. Contacted customer service to get a replacement, and pointed out the poor packing choice. Second/replacement arrived a week later, wrapped in one thin layer of small bubble wrap and in a padded mailing envelope. REALLY, WOOT? Get some common sense.
I’m hesitant to even use the second dish–even though there is no visible damage, I’m sure it also was handled roughly and may have tiny stress cracks. WOOT FAIL.
Ugh, I’m sorry. These are fulfilled from our inventory in Amazon warehouses. You’d think they’d know how to pack this stuff.
