After going to Steen’s website, if you sign up for their email, you’ll get 10% off your first order and they’re only charging $1.01 more to start. So with their discount it comes to $25.20 which is cheaper than here.
That is actually unusual for Woot to not beat the manufacturers website

Is there any padding/cushioning on the seat?
Not this version no. There are others out there that have them though.
