None of the listed ingredients contain gluten. That’s about the extent that I can answer that question.

I pulled the trigger, first speciality food item I have purchased from Woot. They sell them for $30+shipping for 6 on their website. My concern is it going to ship with enough speed to keep them fresh … hmmmm, prepared to be disappointed
