I have waited the required 7 business days that they said I should have heard back by and I have yet to get any acknowledgement that my item I returned was even received. Has anyone else had any problems with returning an item? Ups shows delivered over a week ago.
Hello. We received it on 5/18 which is when the 5-7 business days starts. Please give another couple days. If still nothing reach out to Woot! Customer Service. Allow 24-48h for a response.

Remember that yesterday was a holiday.
I forgot yesterday was a holiday and the day it’s received doesn’t count I’m assuming. So I still have a couple business days before I’m outside the return processing window. Thank you for your quick replies
