RIDICULOUS!! I got a call from the freight company last week stating that this would be delivered on 7/18 between 9am and 5pm and I must be home for delivery. I took the day off of work and got a call from the freight company at 3:15 saying that they can’t deliver until Monday. My wife takes Monday off and they deliver a huge too heavy for me to move box on my front lawn. I started unpacking it when I got home from work and found that the frame of the loveseat is dented in and the seat of the chair is not steel framed. I contact Woot immediately, assigned a case number (CAS-830488-S0J1Q8), then never heard back. I’m stuck with this giant box stuck out in the rain on my lawn killing for grass for a few days now. Someone better come to pick it up and give me a refund. Also - I’m not taking another day off to get this junk back to you.

I’ve emailed Woot five times over the last 10 days, No response to any of the emails I have no idea where this order is.No tracking,although I did get an email that product had shipped.I would like to cancel delivery since this was a birthday present and the birthday was today,Woot is anybody out there? You state 24 hr response time? Wth Woot you have lost my buisness and I have been using this site for years…
