FWIW, I purchased the (apparently previous) 4" 24V cordless handheld chainsaw model and have used it frequently over the last year. Same design except with a 4" cutter and it works great. I was initially skeptical about Sun Joe/Snow Joe tools before buying their 24V electric handheld snow blower but have been extremely pleased with the performance of their 24V tools & batteries.
