I ordered a super soaker water park for my grandson, was sent wrong item!!! Was told they can’t do anything, wait if I was sent wrong item then my correct item is sitting at warehouse!!!
Ship it out, that’s not too hard… what happens to all the items left from wrong items sent, they sell them again!!! Wait, doesn’t seem right!
Hi there. I’m sorry for the error on the item. These were obtained from and shipped by Amazon. Sometimes they’re inventory gets mixed up in one or more warehouses. Looks like the case here.
We are out of inventory on this item. And even if we weren’t, you’d likely get the same item as it would be coming from the same warehouse - the one closest to you. 
Reach back out to customer service and let them know if you want to return it or if you’d prefer a partial refund.

Well, after a closer look someone cut and taped a new upc code over the original one. So, it will be coming back.
