My partner loves this shirt but it arrived damaged, either from the printing process or the shipping (it was folded up quite roughly in the bag). I contacted CS and they refunded my money, but that wasn’t really what I was looking for, I wanted a replacement (which I said in my message to CS).

Can CS be educated about reprinting shirts and resending them instead of just leaping to refunding the money?
