Support?

We are trying to find anyone to contact. We ordered a laptop and got a box full of underwear. It’s like ordering Wish through EBay. Ridiculous.

Hi there. If you haven’t already done so please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible). Please allow 24h for them to respond.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

(Please note: I don’t work for Woot, I just volunteer to help out here on the forums.)

Hi there. I don’t see any recent orders on this account.

When you reach out to Woot customer Support, make sure you reach out from the account that made the purchase.

It was under a different account. Someone responded but it has been slow going. Supposedly woot is out of the item. Still shocked by the situation.

I’m sorry about that. we have some vendors that sell a diverse set of products. Someone grabbed the wrong thing, I reckon.

CS is working hard to keep up with contacts. It’s hard going this time of year. Appreciate your patience.

Thank you. What was odd was that there was underwear stuffed in a laptop box. LOL

Oh, that was some sneakiness somewhere along the way then.

The order was on my account. Mostly frustrated because I never received a reply to my emails for support yesterday. When idolchatter found a phone number for me I was able to reach someone and have been asked to give them another 24 hours to resolve the issue but at this point I don’t trust them to even contact me. Five emails, 3 phone calls, and 3 dropped phone calls from me and one reply from customer service regarding my first call.

Hi there. CS has been waiting for some further information that they requested in their emails. Make sure you read the emails and provide the requested information.

I emailed the requested information at 9:30 am yesterday morning. The person I spoke with at 4pm yesterday said they had received the email.

You’ll have an email soon.
