My first thought was wait, you can’t put pineapple in Jello, but I checked and it’s fresh and fresh-frozen. I assume canned is okay.

yeah, canned pineapple is fine. Its the enzyme present in fresh pineapple that causes issues

Maybe because it’s on the box? Well, not the enzyme part, but the don’t use pineapple part.

I never knew that, need to read the box better I guess. We put lots of canned pineapple in Jello, especially around Christmas.
