I bought this and Skippy peanut butter back on March 22nd (more than 2 weeks now). The shipping status showed shipped, USPS waiting for package for so long that I emailed customer support to find out what the status was. They sent back with an appology and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I wanted a replacement. I waited some more, but no change. I replied to Woot again asking where my shipment was because the shipping status hadn’t changed. They came back and said I’d get an email when it shipped.

I’m still waiting for a shipping update and my package from more than 2 weeks in and 3 contacts with Woot support. This happened recently with something else I needed and support just gave me a refund instead of the option to reship it.

These orders were never shipped, not lost btw.

Why has Woot become so unreliable lately?

This is being fulfilled by Amazon, so the shipping is sadly on them, and not on Woot.

Houston, Amazon here. We have a shipping problem.

I’ve been told that it’s Amazon’s fault before. That doesn’t cut it. The exec’s at Woot need to earn their paychecks and fix this problem between Woot and Amazon.

Also, stop shipping out of date or very soon to be expired products. I’ve received several of those the past few months as well. One product had a “Best by” over 5 months prior to my receiving it.
Another product, Centrum, was only sold as a 3-pack containing 170 gummies. That’s 510 gummies that were hard and dry so I looked at the date and they Expired (not best by) ** EXP 04/26**, in one month from purchase. I got a refund for that. But really. Woot needs to get on Amazons case for these errors.

Oh, if only that were possible. Amazon owns their warehouses, processes, shipping methods, etc. We’re helping move their inventory so we’re at their mercy for order fulfillment and shipments.

I do see this is shipping USPS. The handoff between Amazon and USPS takes 7-10 days at least from what I’ve seen. I have no idea why it takes so long unless packages are being collected and batched.

I also see a replacement requested on 4/2

On my end, this is all I see. The original shipping info and no email updates.

We’re having trouble with email updates - some are arriving late. We’re working on that.
