I’ve been using a Brondell bidet for years. I’m sure my late wife would have enjoyed its convenience, comfort, hygienic functionality and 365/24 availability as well.

It has become such an important appliance that I have a replacement Brondell device, still new in its box, should the one I installed by myself ever fail.

I have mine mounted on an elongated toilet bowl. I think that’s the right thing to do as the mechanical portions of the device take-up some of the otherwise vacant space in the oval seat opening. I had made the toilet conversion in earlier years without the aid of a plumber–no big deal.

Finally, having and using a bidet has done nothing to diminish my masculinity; it has made life more tolerable for my arthritic body, and a heckuva lot easier for me in achieving a proper level of cleanliness.

It needs a high powered high rpm bristle brush. That would do some serious cleaning.
