I’ve been looking to buy one of these and this one seems fine but a search of Amazon reveals one with 1,000+ reviews for $6 more (Depstech Wireless Endoscope). Maybe worth a look around for peace-of-mind?

woohoo! Now we can finally do our own colonoscopies!

Wasn’t very happy with mine. Picture quality was terrible.

I thought it would focus, but no. It will only focus a couple of inches in front of the lens. I guess that is what it was designed for, though.

I have a Depstech model. It works for what I need, but don’t expect Commercial grade quality. These are all basically the same Overseas crap, duplicated. So if you can save $6, I say save $6.

I believe these are IRS approved for performing tax audits.

This works well enough. Picture quality isn’t amazing but it gives you a good idea of what is located in a place you wouldn’t normally be able to see. I found out there was a bird’s nest inside an exhaust vent in my house. Also, I was able to follow some wires up inside a wall. It allows you to take pictures and video. Overall, its a nice little toy but not for serious projects.

Well, that post took longer than usual.

The MSRP of $199.99 made me chuckle.

With the extra long cord, you can check the backsides of your teeth at the same time.

Made for smaller areas like 2 inch floor drains or narrow areas that helps keep the light concentrated, Larger areas the light is not strong enough and the camera has a hard time focusing. Sent mine down into heating vents looking to see how dirty they where. Didn’t work too well, until I added light by using a flashlight and worked reasonable well.
