Bought black/orange on amazon for same price a few wks ago. Great umbrella, would consider it a deal at this price. The C shaped handle is different but opening would only fit someone with a small wrist. Inverted design was very helpful when closing it while getting into my car. Not sure about its claim that it can stand up on its own. Not spring loaded design, so you have to manually pull it open/closed.

I bought one (on Amazon) and it’s nice, but it did flip backwards while attempting to open it in the wind. I think once it’s opened it’s fine.

This model is not available on amazon. There are plenty of knockoffs though.

Is this the original? I am to remember seeing a video, either one of those things ads or like Kickstarter or some other crowd funded site.

I got one of these the last time around. The drip-free bit works really well as long as you have the umbrella closed and fastened. It drips little if it is closed but not fastened but not like a regular umbrella. I just got back from a festival where it started raining and a drummer standing next to me was trying to keep her drum dry. I loaned her my umbrella and she was able to keep her drum dry while drumming using the handle. She asked where I got it–I wish I had known they were coming back on woot.
